Fundraising Campaigns

Our unique “Bidding @ Business” program places silent auctions at a place of business. The auctions are presented for a length of time: a week, weeks, month or longer. The business is typically: restaurants, fitness centers, golf courses and resorts.
The campaign names are:
- Restaurants – “Dining for Charity”
- Fitness Centers – “Fitness for Charity”
- Tournaments – “Golfing for Charity”
- Resorts – “Travel for Charity”
Keys to a successful campaign:
- High foot-traffic
- Place auction in high visibility area
- Waiting area in a restaurant
- Guests see auction entering and leaving business
- Allows auction setup for a length of time
Our largest campaigns are with the Make A Wish Foundation and the YMCA. For the summerlong Make A Wish campaign, we partner with Maggiano’s Italian restaurants in several states. Our YMCA campaigns are with over a dozen gyms between Austin and San Antonio. This campaign runs during the Spring and the Holidays.
